This unique combination of flavors sounds like a real crowd pleaser and the drink colors remind us of fall foliage.
9 Apple Cranberry Spritzer
Equal parts apple juice and cranberry juice with a splash of sprite and some garnishes of fresh cranberries and rosemary make for a bubbly daytime drink option. The hints of apples and cranberries are fall flavor staples. If alcohol is desired, a splash of wine or vodka could easily be added. Recipe featured on Town & Country.
8 Pumpkin Pie Mocktail
It wouldn’t be fall if we weren’t enjoying some pumpkin-flavored treats. This alcohol-free cocktail is said to taste just like pumpkin pie. With pumpkin purée, vanilla-infused simple syrup, white cranberry juice, graham cracker crumbs, and whipped cream, we can see why! The recipe comes from Ocean Spray and shows it served in a martini-like glass.
7 Mulled Blood Orange Punch
Just the name of this mocktail gives us all the spooky vibes—we can picture this one being served at a Halloween party! Martha Stewart shares this recipe that features allspice berries, the juices of both oranges and blood oranges, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and sparkling water!
Note: the recipe calls for vodka and sparkling white wine—simply replace with plain sparkling water or omit and serve on the side for friends that are boozing.
6 Mulled Apple Cider
When we think of fall, hot apple cider is one of the first things that comes to mind. When the cooler weather moves in, mulled apple cider is a must. The Pioneer Woman has this simple recipe that uses either fresh or store-bought apple juice, orange and lemon peels, and real maple syrup. Yum!
5 The Elixir
Maybe you’re not crazy about the apple, cinnamon, pumpkin, and cranberry flavors that are in a lot of fall-inspired cocktails. The Kitchn shares a well-known recipe for “The Elixir”, a non-alcoholic drink featured at an NYC hotspot. It boasts ginger-lime flavors and is topped with mint, providing a different twist on a mocktail to be enjoyed in the fall. It might be a lighter, refreshing option for some–but with the hints of ginger.
4 Apple Cider Mule Mocktail
Just like a mule—but hold the booze, add apple cider! This twist on a classic cocktail favorite features the same ginger flavors and copper mug but adds a caramel drizzle, cinnamon sticks, and apple slices as a garnish, plus apple cider because fall. Recipe from EntirelyElizabeth.com.
3 Infused Maple Cider
Throw on some flannel, grab those fluffy socks, and find somewhere comfortable to enjoy this one. Popsugar says that Infused Maple Cider blends apples, cinnamon, and orange juice, and is served warm. Not only will it feel like a cozy cocktail—without the alcohol, of course—but letting it simmer before having company over will make your house smell delicious.
2 Spiced Pumpkin Eggnog Mocktail
Two of our favorite holiday flavors are pumpkin spice and eggnog. Mix them together, and we have mocktail perfection. This recipe from A Worthey Life uses real pumpkin purée and preserves, coconut milk, eggnog, and pumpkin pie spice. This indulgent dessert-like drink lets you savor the flavors of fall and reminds you that more holidays are still to come.
1 Cranberry Cider Mocktail
This naturally sweetened recipe from One Lovely Life has minimal ingredients—including homemade cranberry syrup and fresh fruits. It’s also easily laid out with instructions for a single drink or for making a pitcher, which makes it a great option to save for an event this fall. If you’re hosting something that is autumn-themed or simply taking place this season, it will satisfy a crowd. The recommended orange slices, rosemary sprigs, and fresh cranberries that are recommended as garnishes make them look good, too.
More and more moms are limiting or eliminating their alcohol intake these days, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. These mocktails are sure to be a crafty complement to all the tasty fall treats at any party, baby shower, or fall festivity you attend this year. Bring on the cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and apple flavors—cheers!
